eh, I'd say just sprint, "Charge!", shields up, couple of healing spells, healing signet, i will survive, things like that.

It really depends on what you need in specific areas, but some great ones in general are "Charge!", Sprint, and Signet of Stamina. If there are hexes, Holy Veil is nice. For Conditions, Purge Conditions works quickly, but it has a long recharge time, so you may want Mend Ailment instead.

You used to be able to run Drok's with this: Sprint, Balanced Stance, Charge, Endure Pain, Purge Condition, Holy Veil, Remove Hex, Healing Signet

Not sure if it's still possible now. I've only ever done it with a dervish. You can run most of Prophecies with this build though. Only hassle would be places with multiple and frequent slow down hexes. But that's a problem for a lot of runners (and why Vow of Silence is so much fun to run with).

Balanced Stance for knockdowns...remember it will be canceled out by Sprint, but not by Charge. Endure Pain to keep you alive when running through an area you are taking a lot of damage in, but you have to be safe by the time it ends.

If you know you could be hit by multiple hexes, pre cast Holy Veil, use Remove Hex on the first hex, then take off holy veil for the next one.

Pae's right about Purge Conditions...it also depends on the area and how many conditions you will get in a short period of time. Remember that you can dodge arrows by strafing well too.
